CCSOS and its Place in the Community

Cave Creek Support Our Students was founded as an organization comprised of parents, staff, administrators and community stakeholders from the CCUSD school community. Our goal then and now is to support the needs of our school district by being a credible resource for information to better educate the community in general as to the needs of the schools in our district. We have strived to walk as an objective a line as possible and support what we feel is in the best interest of the district. That being said, we will continue to be an information and education tool while supporting any upcoming elections that benefit our children and their schools. We also believe in supporting our administration and governing board in their decision making while still encouraging people to get involved and speak up about the needs of your individual schools. But ultimately, allowing the people we placed in charge to do their jobs. Our belief is that if you stay involved in the process you will elect and hire people who share your vision of this district. We strive to be part of the solution, not the problem.
Our website also serves as a gathering place for press coverage that is related to the governance and funding needs of our schools. As a means of encouraging community dialogue, we accept and publish opinion editorials on our site when they are thoughtfully written and professionally presented.
CCSOS strives to be the leading source for community members seeking information on our school district's governance and funding needs.
